My thoughts about training is very like my ideology about everything else.
My personal interest are variations between several training forms, I have developed much experience during the years and I tried many directions on myself.
Since 1999 I been training at a gym, my training has therefore been every single class provided, I have always been running and later I discovered Crossfit, TRX, Gymnastic/Calisthenic, Ballet, Military track training, Practical Wing Chun, Qi Gong, Boxing, Triathlon and Running.
I think it´s good to collect a lot of experience and that´s why, I have the following diplomas within training:
- Crossfit Level 1
- TRX / Mobilefit
- Running coach
- Fitness instructor
- Personal trainer
I have great experience in Running and Functional strength training.
It´s important to keep in mind there are many ways to the same result it´s a matter of finding the right person to not only getting you there, but having the capacity to giving you enough tools to maintain your result and making a fun journey for you.
